Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox, because a wrong number left standing is worse than no number at all. Most messages are answered within two working days. A correction to the site is usually quicker than that, because it is easier to fix a number than to explain one. Messages that need the seller rather than us get a short reply saying so, rather than being forwarded on your behalf.
